"Two wooden tubs of blue hydrangeas stand at the foot of the stone steps.
The sky is a blue gum streaked with rose. The trees are black.

"Hydrangeas pale blue in the rainblue in the moonlight"

Good Night!!

GOOD MORNING!!

~A magical Saturday~
I love Saturdays… have I mentioned that before? Oh yes, I’ve said it a million times before and I’ll probably say it a million more. But what can I do? Saturdays, like this, bestow opulence and magic upon the earth, and I love every minute of every hour of every Saturday…. and this Saturday of june is especially magical…. It truly is!

This and that on a lovely Saturday!
I’ve been wondering what you’ll do on such a lovely day as this. I’ve been busy busy… resting and praising the Creator of all things…
and dreaming in my rose-filled little world…

I often find myself lingering over such elusive experiences as dreams. You? What would Heaven be? This. A garden. Roses. You!

Wishing you a Magical Saturday!

"Since Iris is the Greek goddess for the Messenger of Love, her sacred flower is considered the symbol of communication and messages.  Greek men would often plant an iris on the graves of their beloved women as a tribute to the goddess Iris, whose duty it was to take the souls of women to the Elysian fields."

The flower-de-luce being one!”

There grew broad flag-flowers, purple, prankt with white;

Kiki’s Delivery Service, a sweet little film about a young witch who lives in the big town, on her own, using her magical powers to get about, with her best kitty friend (and best on screen cat) Jiji who joins in the fun. There are a lot of themes and messages going on in this film, that address a variety of issues and topics, but if you’re not one for indepth analysis whilst watching, you can ignore all that and still enjoy this film, as it’s pretty easy going, much like a fair few in the Studio Ghibli catalog of films. It’s a nice film, especially for Jiji the cat :)

~Roses & an enchanted world~

It is magical… Every time, every year!

Roses roses roses, indescribable gorgeous marvelous roses…
A bridge to heaven
An enchanted world
And I love it!

The garden is an enchanted place these days. Every hour is a new bird, a new song, a new sprout, new blossom… the soften ground, the sweet smells of things growing, life unfurling—predictable things…. unpredictable happenings—things that always, always, know how to enchant and take your breath away.
Trees that time ago looked dead are suddenly laden with leaves, the flowering trees come back to life; It is a rebirth, a new beginning… And then how good to watch the inanimate world starts to wake up.

Love, joy, peace, mirth and all the good vital forces are about us just as the atmosphere… The beauty here is astonishing. There is nothing out of place nothing more lovely more constant and delicate and vital… and the sound of wings… birds? Angels? Floats down to me; but else there is nothing but a great, sun-flooded garden. My little heavens on earth… for now.

~Welcome June~

June… this is the month of June.  Month of enchantment…

Sunshine, quietude, brightness, contentment—like magical drops falling from heaven; showering my soul with many blessings. And this extraordinarily awesome brightness surrounding everything; enfolding me; pleasing the earth with joy and peacefulness and harmony.

Oh, it is definitely June…
The earth… the earth is heavenly overflowing with the presence of Magic.

Every single warm, beautiful, generously giving light on our fair planet is reposing on my shoulders; brightening my eyes as it cleanses and purifies my soul and showers me with serenity and freedom, as it reconciles my soul with a broken self.

I love the month of June.
Love its brightness and gentleness, love the miracle of life; brought forth with such power from apparent death by this inexplicable and almighty creative force. My mouth lacks words to express my feelings; thoughts cannot stretch enough beyond logic and comprehension… for this amazing power is beyond all comprehension. So I just sit back and accept it. Accept all the colors and scents and rose petals beauty and trails of rock and dust and iridescent wings and every wisps of fairies and creatures with hoof-like feet and the such that the month of June brings.
It is magic.  It is magical!
Are you this crazy in love with this time of year? I am I am!

Welcome, June!
